Earn Points
Gain FAP™(Fan Appreciation Points) by blogging, posting on Walls, creating and joining groups, adding photos and videos, as well as other activities. Fan Appreciation Points are reedeemable for adminisson to offline events, prizes, products, affiliate discounts and other great things. We created FAP to say thank you to all the true fans of Hip-Hop for supporting and keeping Hip-Hop alive.
Getting Started
Create a profile. Register and sign in to have access to all of our site features and earn points! You can upload a profile pic, submit and event, keep track of your posted comments, submit an article and upload videos and photos to your media galleries all from your account dashboard.
Post your own blog. Use My Blog Dashboard to create multiple blogs, manage settings, keep track of comments and manage rss feeds. Invite your friends to subscribe to your feeds.
Post events. Click the Events link to post your own or favorite Hip-Hop events and activities. Register for these events so your friends know that you are going!
Add photos and videos. Upload or link your favorite videos from YouTube and other popular websites to your personal and public galleries. Share your own videos on Facebook, Yahoo and other sites as well. Have fun rating and commenting on other members' uploads!
Create groups. Make a new group and get friends to join or join another member's group to network and keep in touch.

Submitting Events/Venues
To submit an event or venue, once logged in please take a look at the member menu
You will notice the Event Submission tab and Venue Submission tab
Venue Submission
Before you can submit an Event you must submit a venue unless the venue has already been submitted by someone else. In which case move down to event submission.
Click on Venue Submission, once there fill out all the information about the venue include all the information for every field so that the Google Map will work properly and people can find your event easily. Select an Image for you venue and write up a description of the venue. Then click Add Venue/City and now you are ready to submit your event.
Event Submission
Click on the Event Submission button in the Member Menu, once there name you event and select the venue/city/location. Then select the category for the event and fill in the rest of the information, decide if you want people to be able to register for the event and unregister. Decide if this event will repeat then add an image to your event and write up a description. Scroll back to the top and click on Save. You have now successfully submitted an event.
BlastOff (My Blog Dashboard)
The MT allows members to add blogs to the site which all members can read and discuss. Click on the "My Blog Dashboard" in the Member Menu, once there, click on "Write New Entry" a dialogue box will pop up. Click on the "Blog Title" to edit the title of your blog. On the right hand side you will notice the menus you can use to customize your blog with images, videos tags, trackbacks, etc. Once you are done click on Save and Close.
